The Steigenberger Conti Hansa is situated in the center of Kiel, close to the waterside 1.5km far from the trainstation. From the Steigenberger Conti Hansa you have a wonderful view over the busy port, the ferries coming and going and the white sails of the yachts. Right in the centre of Kiel, opposite the Firth of Kiel and the Court Gardens, you can spend a relaxing and still eventful time in a first class hotel.

By car
At the end of the A 215, and once in town, drive straight ahead following the signs for "Zentrum". After the Shell petrol station take the first right and follow the signs for "Ostseekai". At the "Ostseekai" (Baltic Quay) turn left and the hotel is in front of you. The entrance to the underground car park is on the right-hand side of the hotel.
By train
The main train station of Kiel is 2 km from the hotel. You can travel straight to our hotel with the buses numbers 33, 61, 62 and 22. Stop: Schlossgarten. From here it is only a few steps to the hotel.
By plane
Kiel-Holtenau Airport:
It is possible to use public transport. Buses numbers 501, 502 and 91 will take you straight to Kiel main station. Here you change buses and can then travel straight to the hotel (see arrivals by train).
Fuhlsbüttel Airport in Hamburg:
The airport is 85 kilometres from the hotel. Either take a taxi to the hotel or the airport shuttle service "Kielius" (arrival at the bus station opposite the main train station of Kiel). From here you can either take a taxi or the bus (see arrivals by train).
